Gateway’s Cancellation Policy
It is an honor that you have chosen Gateway Therapeutic as part of you healthcare team. We appreciate your trust in our skills as your therapist and the opportunity to serve you.
For all clients, we request the courtesy of a minimum full 24 hour cancellation notice, preferably longer. Exceptions are occasional emergencies and illnesses. Regular emergencies and cancellations cannot be accommodated. Last minute calls are charged 60% of the service.
We, at Gateway offer and expect a professional relationship of respect, commitment, and follow through. Reminder calls are a courtesy. Please be responsible for your appointments, even without a call.
Scheduling Your Appointments
It is best to call at least a week in advance to schedule your appointment to ensure an available space and to book combination treatments.
We recommend that you show at least 15 minutes early to allow time for your health history and any explanations of services that may be needed proceeding your appointment.
If you are scheduling an appointment with a gift certificate please let the therapist on the phone know that up front. You will need your gift certificate with you when you make your call so that you can give the correct certificate number and which therapist will be working with you.
All appointments out of town or three or more hours are held with a credit card. This does not need to be your method of payment but ensures your follow through.
Gateway operates as late as nine pm, with a pre-arranged appointment. If you are leaving us a message to schedule an appointment, please leave us a phone number to be reached in the evening so we can get back to you the same day.
Soon you will be able to download all of our Health History paper work right in the convience of your own home. You will be able to take your time on these and return them with all the correct spelling of your medications.
